1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase on all FreshOpis bags and accessories.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Broken zippers or hardware due to normal use
  • Stitching issues that compromise product function

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scuffs, scratches)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, chemicals, etc.)

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@freshopis.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • A short description of the problem
  2. Our support team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will:
    • Repair the item at no cost
    • Replace the item with a new one (if repair is not possible)
    • Offer store credit or a refund (if no replacement is available)

Note: You may be asked to return the defective item before a replacement or refund is issued.


4. Proof of Purchase Required

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, receipt). Claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted.


5. Shipping Costs

  • For approved warranty claims, FreshOpis covers the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • However, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the defective item unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Limitations

Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is valid only for items purchased directly from FreshOpis.com or authorized resellers.
