1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Note: Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, or items returned without original packaging, are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged by improper use

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@freshopis.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address we provide.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status:

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@freshopis.com.
