All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
- International shipping is available to selected countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@freshopis.com.
5. Shipping Delays
FreshOpis is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. However, we are committed to assisting you with resolving any delivery issues.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- For damaged packages, please provide photos of the packaging and product.
- We will investigate the matter and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit depending on the situation.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched, and we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
8. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
